He called me to inform me about the nails in my tires and to tell me that the price I was going to see on the invoice was higher than I was going to be paying. He also helped me decide if the two filters that needed replacing were necessary now or could be done later. So I was able to do one now and can do one later.

I received no help at all with my vehicle, my inspection only told me what I already knew and nothing of what I asked to be inspected. I was robbed of $225 just to be told what I was already told for free at Goodyear. Brad did not care to assist me.
