The service by the technician was fine. The bad part was waiting 2 hours and 15 mins to get a simple service due to the implementation of a new computer program. I understand the glitches and issues of learning a new system. My complaint was there was no normal communication about what was going on until I asked. I DO appreciate the compensation made. If I had known it was going to take that long I would have much preferred to leave the car. I feel the new system is less personal, especially when you have to answer text messages and do not get to talk to a person on making a decision about a recommended service. Hopefully all will smooth out and next service will be a better experience.
