I thought the service was excellent. I was greeted with kindness and professionalism.. I appreciate all the hard work and squeezing me in. Jazz was wonderful. The whole service team was phenomenal and I recommend anyone who is in the area to please visit this particular Toyota dealership for all your services on your Toyotas.

Prior to my service appointment, I spoke with a male representative and was quoted $739 for my 30,000-mile service. However, I was not informed until after the service had been completed that the alignment machine was not working and that my vehicle had not been aligned.
Jazz informed me that the cost of the alignment had been deducted from my bill, yet my final total was still $739.68. When I asked for an explanation as to why the price remained the same despite the alignment not being performed, I did not receive a clear answer. The explanation regarding labor and parts did not adequately explain the charges. She informed me that management was not available and that I would need to call back tomorrow, which is understandable. I realize that situations can become complex, and I completely understand if an answer is not immediately available. However, I would have appreciated a straightforward acknowledgment that additional clarification from management was needed rather than receiving an explanation that did not fully address my concerns.
Additionally, it is disappointing that I will now have to make another trip to Roanoke Rapids to have the alignment completed, which is a significant inconvenience.

I have brought my vehicle over there two times and the issue is still not fixed. It is very inconvenient to get a ride there and back when I work during your service hours. I suggest you furnish drop off and pick up within a certain distance when customers have to get their car serviced over and over for the same incorrect reason.
