Ryan did a great job and keeping me informed as what was going on with my car. He also let me know upfront that it would take at least 24 to 48 hours before they had a result which was very good to no.

I was at Suntrup for 2 HOURS for a simple oil change. Yes the first 20 mimuets were on me for dropping it off early, but the other hour and 40 minuets is on Suntrup. I could have done it in my garage in 10 minuets. Why even have scheduled appointment time.
