Good service

I have always had a problem when I pick my car back up. Whether it is a new new light on or the work has not been completed, one or two times is a mistake but now I just see it is how things are done. I have been talked to in a condescending manner and argued with and I will never come back or recommend this dealership to friends or family. Most recently I was told that 3 of my door latches would need to be replaced. The parts alone were over $700 per door. When the door latches were set to be replaced (by someone else) that was not the issue, it was just one timer on one door that was causing the issue. I have no trust trust in the quality of the work and the customer service bad. I also have had an issue with receiving my car back with a light on twice. The first time it was after my tire was repaired the tire pressure sensor came on and the second time was most recently after service the light was flashing. I was very rudely told that all my sensors were bad and I hadn’t had that light on when I brought the car in and why wouldn’t they suggest fixing it if they new about it? I then said all my sensors are bad? The first person said yes the next person I ask said oh just two of them we had the tech wake them up. I am starting to doubt the ability to complete a basic oil service.
