I had made an appt to check my car thru the website and when I arrived they weren’t able to find any appt in my name. I had confirmation text that I showed to them to prove I indeed had one. Di took care of me and said don’t worry that I would be taken care of. True to his word I received excellent service! A big Thank you Di & his supervisor for the great job they did!!

Your check in system was terrible. I made an appointment and arrived on time. I waited to ba attended but noticed your associates helping other cars that came after me. I finally spoke up after witnessing at least 4 cars was being taken in. What's the point of making an appointment when your people are not paying attention to it.
