I was very clear about a safety issue I needed help with when I dropped off my vehicle. The issue came up 3 times during my conversations with Gordon Li. The last time he called he told me unequivocally that the technician had resolved my issue. As soon as I was able to check (3hrs later) I realize that he completely LIED TO ME AND DID NOT DO WHAT HE SAID THE TECHNICIAN WOULD DO. I will be contacting Toyota myself to get assistance. This is a faulty sensor on my 2022 Hybrid highlander. Terribly unhappy and discouraged about how I was completely lied to today.

I was kept informed of the problems of my car and was giving an estimate time of delivery which turned out to be correct. It took them 5 days to repair my car. Nelson is a very attentive service person. He helps me each time to get my things in and out of my car or a rental. He and the manager John seem to be very caring people. I have been going to this dealer since I purchase the car there in 2014. I am a disabled person and I need to have a dependable car that won't leave me in the middle of the road. I feel confident to take my car in the dealer for repairs even though it's much higher and I have no more warranty. My safety is paramount and that of my elderly mom and uncle as well. I am the only person who drives. That's why I chose a reliable car like Toyota.
