Problem was discussed, assured the costumer that they will take care of it. When the service was done all of a sudden u will tell the customer that you guys unable to fix it after the customer waiting for 3 or more hours, nobody even tried to discussed to him at first. also customer was not called when the service is done. The asked for his number at first so u can send a message of dthe car service is done. Until i called him because i received the message that the service is done. But in the beginning the lady ask him whatsthe good contact to call him, my husband gave him his number but no one called him. Good thing i was not that busy to check my phone at work.

Quick and easy and friendly and no hassle very happy with my experience well if I do have to say the only thing I can say where if I have just a small complain is that they didn’t put my cap under the glove car compartment properly back and that’s not the first time it happens.But overall with the car service and fast service of getting my car back fast I was very satisfied.

Had a flat tire,and I put my spare on. Following day i took my truck to get tired fixed... They left my spare inside my truck bed instead of mounting it back underneath my truck. I waited from 1:45pm to 4:30 pm. I even called the service mechanic from my cell phone. No answer.
