No need to contact. I would recommend that service personnel at least find out about questions asked by customer. I had a question about the car battery and Di didn’t know or ask about it. Also, I never got a report of all things done to my vehicle, which I usually do.

I originally came in after calling in and talking with someone to do a warranty exchange for one of my tires. After taking time off of work to drop the car off and then again to pick it up Todd informed me that they needed to order the exact tire not a like kind as originally told to me. Mind you that I had to call multiple times to check the status as no one called me to tell me that there was an issue or the car was ready. When I came back the next week once the tire came in I dropped the car off the night before. Again I received no call that my car was finished. When I called to check on the status I was put on hold and then was disconnected multiple times. Took continuous calling for them to tell me that it would be ready in five minutes. It was a simple tire exchange with appointment at 8:00 with my car dropped the night before and it took 3.5 hours to complete? The time I don't mind but the lack of communication I do. I have never been to wondries before as I usually went to thousand oaks toyota. It was a completely different experience than I am used to and although you are less then 2 miles from my house I don't know if it's worth the headache when I can take it near my work and get superior service.

Purpose of my visit was to follow up on a recommenmmdation by Zuly from my previous service appointment. Zuly pulled up on her display the work that was done on my previous appointment. Noted that the brake pads were ready to be replaced. She asked if I had replaced the air filter and cabin filters as recommended and I had.
