I just got an oil change and my odometer went up 2 miles. Your facility is not that big. Please explain. I went in with 160,309 and left at 160,311. I checked my invoice when I got back to my office and of course you wrote down the same mileage in and out. Email me with your reasoning. Thank you.

I was asked for the wheel lock I said in the center console or the passenger seat back packet they sain no is not there and that they search everywhere couldn’t find it so no tire rotation was done I get in my truck stick my hand in the passenger back packet there it is ; so I believe I lost a tire rotation

As usual, Nelson was extreme helpful and professional. I didn't have an appointment as it was an emergency visit: the starter went out on my Camry 2014. The only comment I have is about my lady maintenance visit there. I just noticed that the battery cables were full of green and white matter. I was disappointed that the last mechanic did not clean them. I trust that such basic parts would be inspected as part of a service visit. I requested another mechanic to work on my car today. That is my only complaint.
