Llevé mi carro a que me le compusieran una puerta el sábado y en vez de eso me le hicieron un servicio que yo le había cambiado el aceite hace un mes me dijeron que lo llevara hoy que tenía la cita a la 1 me agarraron el carro a las 2 me dijeron que me lo iban a tener a las 4 y me lo tuvieron cinco para las 6 y ya me habían mandado un mensaje a las 5:30 que mi carro estaba listo Cuando fui a recogerlo me tardaron otros 25 minutos para dármelo porque el carro todavía estaban trabajando en él????

Hard to tell what was done with the 5000 mile initial inspection but the wait times was quite long for minimal service. My experience at other dealers like Longo and Claremont Toyota was better. They gave better estimate of wait time and gave complementary car wash and interior cleaning.
