Mr. Llamas was kind of rude. I asked for a print out of the repair recommendations my vehicle needs, his reply was " well they are on the previous repair slips you have gotten here, unless you already had them done somewhere else". I give him the benefit of the doubt, but Emilio whom I have dealt before would have been more pleasant and polite!

Jason was wonderful! I usually have bad experiences at the Toyota Service dealerships, which is why I chose Wondries because it was my first time going. I am so thankful that I came across Jason! Mathew was very polite and friendly. He was great at communicating the updates to our vehicle status. We are not happy with the fact that we have a crack at our rear scuff plate. We did notice it until after our visit. Also, Longo would wash our vehicle after it’s serviced, but we did not get the same courtesy at Wondries. Not that I needed it, but wondries would not apply other Toyota dealership coupons for a discount on oil change. This makes me think Wondries don’t value having new customers. Also, I just noticed your invoice has a statement of “I acknowledge notice and Oral approval of an increase in the original estimated price”… why would any customer be willing to agree to this? How are all these things equate to good customer service that would make new customers choose to continue their business with Wondries in Alhambra?

Prices are absurdly high. All staff were very kind and helpful but I cannot afford service here. It does not make me feel like I can trust the dealership to tell me when the recommended services are necessary or an upsell. I know I can get good, trustworthy service elsewhere for 25% to 50% less with clear and concise explanation of what is being done and why. It’s really upsetting that to even look at my car I had to at $210 for absolutely no service. I will avoid coming back at all costs and will be sure to recommend the same for others

Service advisor recommended that I purchase services that I had recently purchased at this same dealership within the past two years (e.g brake fluid change and new battery). Service advisor should check history of my vehicles maintenance instead of trying to upsell me. I have now lost confidence and trust in this dealership for future services.
