Made me wait 2hrs to tell me my roof rail will not be covered even though manager already agreed to pay for it. Also said if I wanted to have it installed it would cost me $3000 for installation. Took a day off just for the install just fog them to say "it is what it is" no apology or no professionalism. Will never do business with them again. Only caters to you during the buying process but once they're done with you, customer service is out the door!
