We had a Check engine notice. They got us in right away, discovered the issue and explained how we could avoid it in the future. Great staff and service.

Technician was great . Very disappointed in the billing, received 3 different amounts as to what was owed . Technician straightened it out . Car was very dirty with finger prints everywhere. I thought Lexus washed cars after service but it be my mistake. Came back to Lexus after 20 years of BMW and Mercedes… maybe my expectations are too high

I wanted them to address the dashboard, you cannot dust it without it scratching it! I was advised to buy a leather cleaner but what happens if that makes it worse!
Please let Lexus know Apple Car Play does not work in the Montrose, Ohio area! They need to advise Apple to look into this!
