While driving on the highway at 62-66 mph yesterday the steering wheel vibrates and the truck pulls to the left. Once hitting 68+ mph the vibrations in the steering wheel stops, but still pulls to the left. The new tires and alignment do not seem to be right. Hopefully it can be resolved easily. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

After I called the service manager at metro Lexus in Cleveland then we got somewhere. He called service manager at Lexus Akron canton and service was expedited Hopefully there is better communication when needing service in the future.
