I had a 10:30 am Wednesday appointment for 70k service on my 2027 RX350. I was on time. We reserved a loaner. We were told the visaliner indicated we needed a 4 wheel alignment. Which I authorized. I returned the loaner around 1:30. Around 2:00 I was told it would be another 1 hr to 1.5 hours. I took the loaner again. While I was out, you sent me a text that I needed rear brakes. I thought it was odd to hear this after 4.5 hrs in your service department. Although it didn’t feel right, I authorized it. I kept the loaner and you kept my RX. Around 12:30 the following day, I was told the service was complete. After 13.5 business hrs in your service department, I spent over $1,000. This whole experience is unacceptable. I can not give you a passing grade. Very disappointed being a 25 year customer on our 5th Lexus.

when I made the appointment was told there would be no problem having car done by 1pm
when I dropped the car off made it clear car needed to be done between 12 and 1 pm--told no problem and saw that 12 was written on work order.
11:45 when I had heard nothing I called and was put into service reps voice mail--left a message and asked for a call back--never got a call back. 1pm and 1:30 passed and heard nothing. called back at 1:40 and was told car not done . He ate dlike it wa snow big deal. When I pressed on when it would be done--I heard him on computer and then he suddenly he said --wait..it is done. No apology for the delay and the rescheduling issue I had to deal with.... I wonder for how long it sat there done?
