I had an excellent experience at Toyota thanks to Dylan in the service department. From the moment I pulled into the service bay, Dylan was prompt, friendly, and professional. He was already prepared with my information and appointment details, which made the check-in process quick and easy.
He clearly explained the work that would be done—an inspection, oil change, and tire rotation—and provided a realistic time frame for completion. I really appreciated the efficient communication system: I received a text notification right away when my wiper blades needed replacement, which made approving the service simple and convenient.
As promised, I was notified immediately when my car was finished, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Dylan’s professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service made the whole experience stress-free.
