The service tech was very nonchalant and very passive, at times not even listening causing me to have to repeat the issues more than once. I felt dismissed and unappreciated. While explaining I was cut off numerous times. After reading of the receipt I noticed I was given a “complimentary car wash” and then charged for supplies. Unfortunately my vehicle was not washed. Apparently integrity in the business world has deteriorated and I won’t be returning.
