Marco customer service was good. But my car was not complimentary washed nor vacuumed out as promised. But overall Marco was good.

I didnt get my complimentary wash. I received the notification that my vehicle was ready for pickup before the wash was completed. A minor gripe but still wouldve been nice. The inside of my car also smelled like grease and oil but I supposed thats to be expected.

Kellie Hickey is one of the best service representatives that I have ever dealt with. She is very professional, courteous, friendly, and explains things very well. She keeps you informed of vehicle service or repair status. Especially when the shop is running way behind ( 3 hours total wait time for a scheduled oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection) which is out of her control. The shop running behind is not her fault! She keeps you informed with timely updates. Kellie is wonderful at what she does and we prefer to have her as our service representative.
