Service advisor was great. Made the appointment at 2:12 and was told there was availability at 3:00. I got there alittle before 3. Had to wait for an advisor 10minutes (seemed to be a rush of cars). Then car wasn't complete until 4:55. Initially I was told 75 minutes as the estimate. Work was done well.
