My phone number was entered incorrectly. I was never notified that my car was ready. I ended up waiting an additional 50 mins. Maybe the cashier or the advisor should let people know that they are ready and we can leave.
I went up to the cashier to inquire.

Always have a very positive experience with Paul. He is always familiar with my vehicle vehicle and will let me know what is up for the 5,000 check. If I have questions he will explain what I need to know. Also spent time explaining the new appointment process on a tablet. At pick up he showed me how to navigate tablet report with work completed. We both have Rav's and always schedule with Paul.

Bruce was great. However, your system currently is not very good. I was sent a text message to look at the inspection. It wasn’t really clear on everything on that report. Then, when I got back to the dealership, my truck was in the parking lot and I had to wait 15 minutes to get all the paperwork settled. Unacceptable.
