How you expect one person to handle that volume of work, and take care of the customers I don’t know. With your volume you need 3 service advisors. When customers stand around waiting, and Anna is trying to answer the phone, talk to customers, and complete paperwork something has to give. That is the front door to your business, and today not the least bit inviting!
