This isn’t specifically about Abby but more about the entire front desk staff. On multiple occasions I’ve walked in and there are 2-3 people not helping anyone and they are either just talking to each other, on their phones, or working on the computer and I just stand there waiting for someone to acknowledge me. And when I finally do get acknowledged a few minutes later they don’t seem happy to help me. I’ve also been asked several times to fill out this survey and give 10s…doesn’t seem professional.

Abby provided excellent service. Having to bring our car back in after only 4 days because the alternator that was put in was bad was an inconvenience.
