The price was over $100 over what they had told me it would be did not tell me until I picked up the vehicle although I had appointment at 9 o’clock. The vehicle was still not ready by two and it was simply replaced in front brakes, so I’m not happy with the service I received this time

The service representative, came out and showed me my cabin filter and it needed to be changed. I told him my husband would take care of it. I assumed that they were to put it back in, but they did not put my cabin filter in, and I turned my air on and all the junk that my cabin filter was blocking, went into my motor. I'm very upset.And i'm very disappointed in your service. My car has never made any noises never had any problems. Now my air conditioner motor makes noises. And my husband has to take my car apart to take the air conditioner motor out now to clean it

They forgot the paper that they usually have stapled to it that shows everything that they checked and check marked everything off like brake pad wear and so forth no big deal but just something I realized later when I got home I usually like to look over that paper when I get home.
