Mark and the services rendered are acceptable... However the Vehicle door handle area and media console were filthy and covered with an oily residue... Washing the vehicle would have also been ideal. Technicians need to ensure vehicle is cleaned after service.

We had an appointment at 130 didn’t get out until 400 the passenger seat was completely laid back laying on the backseat like some one was laying down I am not happy at all

Didn’t get my oil changed. I set an appointment time of 1:00pm with an expected time to be finished at 3:00pm. I arrived at 3 just to get a check up of the , to found out the service hadn’t even begun. I didn’t even receive a courtesy call to let me know my car wasn’t even being worked on yet so i wasted my time. I was then told scheduled vehicles are taking priority over “walk ins” even though I had a scheduled appointment. What’s the point of having an appointment if the appointment time isn’t being met? I would understand a little more if i received a call to be notified it would take a little longer but i didn’t.i was told it would be done by that day which was perfect for me as i just got back from a deployment and have a lot to do. Once i took my keys back i was then offered to sell my car to the dealership for a low ball offer and then to buy a car twice the amount of current one even with the 4k$ “discount”. Why would i even think about selling my car (which I’m not in general) to a dealership that can’t even communicate their situation with my car? I won’t be using this dealership anymore as my time was severely wasted and i felt like i was given a poor excuse. Just please communicate more so future customers don’t have to go through the same problems.

Whoever serviced our RAV4 turned the headlights from the auto position to the off position. I didn’t notice it until half way home so I was driving in the dark with no headlights on. Very dangerous oversight! Lucky I noticed and averted any potential accident.

After the team was done with my oil change which took an hour, they used a razor blade to scrape the oil change sticker from my window leaving pieces all over my floorboard of sticky pieces of a sticker. Also unnecessarily moved around things inside my car like I had a toothpaste thing from a dentist in my passenger seat and it was in my cup holder upon getting back into my car. I don't recommend new bold Toyota for buying a car or for service and I never will The only reason I go is because they're the closest not because they're the best. Staff is lackluster, I still think of when I bought the car initially and the salesman failed to mention the extended warranties until after I had already gotten financing. The entire experience pisses me off every time I go and every time I go furthermore I realize how much I hate going there every time I'm reminded. I don't need an apology or a credit I don't want one. I can't do anything with an apology can't pay my bills with an apology but what I can do is not recommend anyone buy a car from you.
