Very pleased again. Mark was very nice, thorough and professional. Had to stay w/vehicle; FT caretaker for my wife. Was home in about an hour and 15 mins. He did explain my next scheduled appt. would be at 42,000 mikes. Early for those services today. Just had a wheel alignment. This was my last appt of my extended warranty. Now, will have to determine if I want to continue bringing my Camry to you, or trust an independent, or chain vehicle service provider. For my peace of mind, I’m leaning towards continuing w/you.

Disappointed by service. Duplicate proposed service items poorly explained why they were needed. Engine air filter suggested to be changed when it was pristine and recently changed by me. Previously a very nice video was presented showing the work but not today. I had requested a 30k check but no where on receipt is that indicated. Oil, filter, tire rotation but little else marked. Like I said, disappointed.
