I made my appointment online it was simple and easy. I was checked in promptly and dropped off my truck. The car was not able to be fixed and the communication from Dave was terrible. Nice guy but told me 4 times he would check on the car and call me back and never did. I always had to follow up for updates. The car was kept for 3 days and problem was not resolved. Now I have to find another dealership to get the issue fixed.

Excellent service! I was having two issues that were covered by the extended warranty I had purchased from you when I bought the vehicle. From the phone call asking about what I needed to do all the way to the end with everything fixed was an amazing experience.
