Mechanic not available on the weekend so I had to ask off work. The multipoint safety check that sold me on the car was fabricated. My “bumper to bumper” warranty won’t cover the repairs I need, six months after buying it. Travis, the mechanic, was supposed to send me the contract bylines and an estimate for the repairs two weeks ago. He hasn’t. Deeply disappointed in your lack of transparency and availability.
