I originally took my truck in to get checked out on 4/21 due to a check engine light. At the initial appointment I mentioned the AC wasn’t working great but it wasn’t mentioned on the diagnostic. It took about 3 days to get warranty approval and then another few days to get the parts to the extent that my vehicle did not go in until Friday, May 2nd (nearly 2 full weeks later). When I brought the vehicle in, I again told them my AC was not working. When I picked it up later that day, Xavier was not there and I was told he would be given a message to call me on Friday. I did not hear from him, so I finally called him Friday, May 9th. He told me he would call me back and didn’t. I called again May 10th. He apologized that he forgot to call and aid the AC was checked and was said to be fine. I reiterated it was blowing hot air and it was not fine. Due to my schedule I was unable to bring the truck in again until 5/17. At that time it was determined the compressor was bad along with other issues. Again it was submitted to the warranty company, parts were delivered, and I was finally able to have it fixed on May 21st. However, by Sunday, May 25th, the AC was again blowing hot air. The continued issues getting my issues diagnosed, the laxity in responses, and the poor repair jobs have put me in a position where I need my vehicle with working AC this week, and yet it’s not working. I understand being busy but every step of the way I’ve had to be the one to follow up and get answers about my vehicle, and slow responses and bad diagnostics and repairs have put me in this position. I will bring my truck back so the service department can finish what they have started and make this right, but moving forward, I will choose another place for repairs.
