I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was at 1:30. My car was taken back at that time. I had to wait three hours for the work to be done and the car returned to me. I question the purpose of setting up an appointment. I could have had the same work done st Jiffy Lube in under thirty minutes with no appointment. I did not leave as a satisfied customer.
