Cory's handling of my (frustrating) experience with Parts and the need for a fob for my 2025 Accord hybrid, as I was down with one, was superb.
My interaction with Parts on when I could actually count on / plan on getting a replacement...not so much. Actually, bewildering as to trying to get a straight answer. When told that they were on back order (I did not mind if Driver 1 or Driver 2), there was a manufacturing issue, and it could be 2 days, 2 months, or 2 years. After this call (and another one the week before, where | wasn't followed with when told I was). I decided to go in person to FredAnderson Honda. To my relief (but scratching my head), there were 2 in stock. One was covered with my extended warranty, I went ahead and bought a second (at a reduced cost) in order to circumvent a future shortage of fobs.
Mr. Pritchett navigated this excellently, "patched things up" and could not have been any better.
