Hannah was professional and courteous in her administration of her duties. She was able to work with more than one customer, but deal with one problem at a time. When it came to my turn she gave me her undivided attention and helped me make the best possible decision for my car. She treats the elderly with care and respect, something I find refreshing at my age. She's the kind of person who is a great example of a team player at Fred Anderson Honda, in my opinion.
