This was my first experience with the service department-it was excellent. Both Matthew and the young man who took me back to my car were friendly and helpful. Matthew updated me on what the service team did and the young man helped me reset my front seat and checked to be sure I had windshield wiper fluid since it wasn’t added when I bought the car. The video was informative and greatly appreciated.
The waiting room was top notch. Thank you for this great experience.
