Please do not call. Service writer and service technician were excellent. Company is way too pushy. We brought our car in for a recall. Since then we’ve had: Call trying to let you all price our Fit, claiming we were interested in selling. We are not, never said that, and it was a lie. Got an email yesterday trying to get us to upgrade to a new car. Got another email today trying to get us to buy a new car. It feels like harassment at this point. We just wanted our recall done! We miss how things were with Breakaway Honda. It was a much better company. We bought new cars there. I doubt with our experience with Anderson that we’d buy there. It’s a shame since we’ve owned 6 Hondas, and 4 were bought new. 2 at Breakaway.
