All was handled well for my second trip for service in as many weeks. I have another Honda in my garage that I will bring in. Keith is great to work with. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

Keith was nice and helpful but the service had its hiccups. I brought my car in for a safety recall on the fuel pump. I had to bring it back in because according to Keith, in the aftermath of my second visit, the people working on my car didn’t put the lock ring back on correctly or something like that. Because of that my car smelled like gasoline and so did my garage and my wife’s car and I wasn’t able to drive it that night. When I first called in the problem about my check engine light after the first visit, the person I spoke to on the phone at Fred Anderson was going to have me tow my car to Fred Anderson. Luckily I pushed and that guy had me connect with Keith my advisor and after Keith looked into it, he told me I was fine to drive it to Fred Anderson, saving me money. After all was said and done, it turns out to be the fault of people working on my car at Fred Anderson not fixing my car properly. This forced me to waste part of my day having to bring it in again. I feel I deserve some type of compensation to future visits getting things fixed or something. They should’ve done the safety recall properly the first time. I hope someone that reads this can compensate me somehow for this whole situation. Thank you!
