He assured my wife and I that the engine rattle was our AC system clutch plate crack would not keep us from continuing our travel to Johnson City to see our son in ICU at the hospital. We almost left after the change from Breakaway to Fred Anderson. We brought our CRV in for service and Matthew Large was our Assistant Service Manager.
