We are from Charleston SC and our Odyssey broke down on the interstate. We had vehicle towed to you dealership on Friday and vehicle was fixed the very next day. Mathew was great and kept us informed throughout the repair. Absolutely great service.

Theodore did an amazing job. I felt he did his best to communicate with me during the service. What I am upset about is dropping my car off at 10:30am and it was not started to be worked on until 1pm. I pulled into the Honda building at 10:30am and left at 2:50pm. I only came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Ended up having to buy two new tires which is fine and Theodore was kind enough to help with an alignment for what had happened with a previous employee. I will explain that in a minute. I just don't know how this all takes a little over 4hours. I waited in the customer lounge area for that time. I just want to know why it took that long? That was ridiculous. Now the other issue I brought up to Theodore was why did I have gasket valve cover's replaced on March 4, 2024 to then have the 100,000 mile tune up done on July 29, 2024and that advisor named Joshua Bayne should have noticed that 3 months prior the gasket head covers had already been replaced. So that way I would not have had to spend an extra $500. What can be done about this? Because I do not see any reason to keep coming back to get service here anymore. KAYLA was awesome. She was my service advisor. I have never been treated so well and actually listened to at a car service. If I lived here in South Carolina and owned a Honda, I would be definitely be coming back. The Honda belongs to my Son. I told Kayla she took all my anxiety away. She is wonderful. She is very good at her job.
