I dropped my vehicle off for a schedule 9:30 oil change and multi point inspection and also mentioned a concern I had with my transmission that has been an ongoing issue for over a year now. The day passed and I called at 5:00pm the same day I dropped it off and left a message with the new AI phone system. I had to call again around 5:30 as I never received a call back and by the time I was able to speak to someone it was about 5:45. I left another message inquiring about my vehicle and then I finally received a text from Caleb stating that they couldn’t replicate my transmission issue and he confirmed it was close to closing and I agreed to pick my vehicle up the next morning. The next morning Caleb texted me and told me the tech was going to test drive my vehicle again and see if he could to attempt to replicate my concern. I texted about 2 hours later asking if I could pick my vehicle up and I was told the oil change still had to be done. I stated I would be in around noon to pick my vehicle up and actually arrived a little late at 12:30. When I arrived Caleb was on break and another rep helped me after I waited for over 30 minutes. She was very helpful but when she went to check me out she noticed my multi point inspection wasn’t completed. When she checked with her manager she told me that Caleb said I was just picking up my vehicle so they didn’t do the multi point inspection. She was able to get my truck taken back immediately and get the inspection done. I know misunderstandings happen but what should have been an easy and quick oil change and inspection, and then check the transmission complain, turned into a small headache that is easily avoidable.

Everything is centered around making extra money off of the customers instead of handling specific situations. Just to diagnose a vehicle ther is a fee and if you have multiple issues there is another diagnostic fee. This is price gauging!!

First, Caleb was very respectful, communicated effectively and demonstrated a willingness to care about customers. However, this is my third consecutive service appointment that was extended well beyond the projected estimated time of completion and that is very frustrating. In addition to yesterday’s service not having parts to install the recommended / planned replacement. Unfortunately I will transition to a different dealership.
