I was more than a little irritated that when it came time to pay that my mother couldn't use my credit card to pay for it without me there. The car is registered in the same name as the card and you have my phone number on file. I've been going to you for 15 years for both my old solara and current prius. I won't continue to use you it continues to be inconvenient for me.

After having the oil changed we had an oil leak that resulted in us having to take the car back in to have the leak repaired. On a busy Mother's Day weekend this was a real inconvenience for us since I have not been feeling good as well. Truly believe we should get a free oil change next time.
