Brandyn was great. He remember my name based on the phone conversation we had the day before I showed up. He merely knew the type of truck I was bringing in and greeted me at my car saying, good morning Mrs. Carter. Very impressed by the service he provided to me.

I was told that i was missing my fuse box cover, i personally have never even checked under my hood. I have a new toyota, no reason to, i take it to the dealer every 5 thousand miles. About three services ago i was told that some light in the rear end was out
, so i had toyota replace it. This is when i know that the pulled to check if the fuse was burned out.Do to the negligence on the mechanics part my cover never got put back on, and now costing me a extra $50.00 dollars to replace.I blame this 100% on the mechanic that worked on my car, and now will be checking everything before i leave the dealer, that is if i decide to come back to glendora toyota. This isn't the first mistake that i had had at this dealership. I hope that the manager gives me a call back soon , looking forward to hearing from you on this matter. Aaron R
