The technicians can't seem to figure out how to keep the tire light on the dash from coming on. It happens EVERY time after I get my oil changed. I get a few miles down the road and the warning light comes on. I am NOT happy about this, as it is a real inconvenience both in terms of my time and gas expenses. It happened again today after my service, and I have to take my car in again tomorrow for that light.

I arrived at 10:45am after calling and speaking with Genaro and advising I would arrive between 10::30am- 10:40 am. Once I arrived I remained standing next to my car for 15 minutes before getting Mike Montgomery attention and mike as always is very professional and assisted me with checking my car in and asking how he can help. I did spend 3 1/2 hours waiting for the service to be completed. In my opinion this is excessive. Once again I want to reiterate Mr Montgomery is very helpful.
