I had not been to the service department in a while.
I have purchased 4 vehicles from Toyota of Glendora. The reliability of the Toyota product is great. But one of the older cars that I purchased is needing more attention. It’s good to have a honest place to take it.

It had nothing to do with the service staff. When they brought my car up I noticed multiple black marks in the front and back but mostly in the front lower portions of the car by the wheels. I was pretty sure that my car was not brought in like that since I recently just had it completely detailed and washed on Monday. I drove to Vons and got out of my car and used a napkin to clean whatever it was that had splashed all over the lower left-hand portion of my car. It came off easily the napkin looked black so I have no idea not being in the mechanic world what it was. Other than that the service the phone calls informing me and all that we're fine. Thank you
