I scheduled my appointment based on the time I was told I would have to wait , i was told an hour . I even left earlier from work. My total wait time was 1 hr and 45 minutes. My son had tutoring at 6 and had to leave at 5:45. I could not make dinner for him to eat before he left because I got home at 5:30, so I had to buy him fast food which I did not want to do. I’m would have appreciated to be told I the truth so I could have left and rescheduled. I am a single mom and delays like these are a big **** on my schedule.
