Genaro provided excellent customer service beyond expectations, but who ever drove my car in for service left the interior dirty and my driver carpet was thrown to the passenger side carelessly. I would like my car to be returned in the same clean condition next time Thanks

2hr wait and I was the one who had to call and ask if my car was ready and it was. And i mentioned car wash and when i called also they said they will run my car to the wash so when I get back from Lyft it would be all ready. Got back to Toyota and the car was not washed. This is not the first time. I didnt want to say anything anymore and have my car washed because it would probably be another 1 hr wait been there long enough. But next time do what you guys say, how can I trust that all the checks are really valid when u do an incomplete work.

Mike did a great job.
There are two things I’d like to share.
First has to do with processing customers when they arrive. I arrived at 7:00 for my 7:00am appointment and was not physically checked in until 7:20. As a result it looked like the car was not pulled in until about 8:20 and was complete at 9:35.....to replace a plastic liner in the wheel well.
The other point.....the car was rinsed off when complete and it appears the roof antenna had to be removed for this because I found it sitting on my passenger seat when I claimed the car.
