Everything was fine at the dealership except I never received an inspection report as usual. Cashier said that I would get it by email and never received the report. Lack of final follow-up. It should have been given during final payment with invoice receipt like it was done in the past.

Rodrigo leads from the front of the line he understands customer service a professional at his best 24/7. Your cashiers need to their bar. Your customers are why they have a job. Work on their interactions, not how well they stamp the receipt. We spend a lot of money paying for the maintenance of our cars. Show your customers appreciation just by wanting to be at work vs just doing a job.
