Megan was short, snippy and very rude. My experience with her was very unprofessional. At one point I went back to ask her a question and caught her talking about me to another co-worker. The reason for me being there was I got my car inspected in May and the service tech mistakenly forgot to update my inspection sticker. Megan’s customer service was terrible! I spoke with the representative on the phone directly and we are all set, but the tire pressures were not checked for the multipoint inspection.
Unfortunately bad timing as the mornings have been colder and the tire pressures have gone out of tolerance. I was a little upset this was not completed, as we are paying for the additional plan. Thanks.

Victoria was outstanding. I had a multiple day repair due to major findings during diagnosis and Victoria kept me up to date to include extending the rental through the weekend. Additionally, she was able to help me with items I had highlighted at prvious visits and I did not receive help to get things resolved. Victoria got everything done and was very curtious. Also, the rental person was very good, I can't remember his name but this is the second time I needed a rental and it was very painless both times.

I was told the broke wire and rear sensor would fix my sonar and then told it was fixed. I showed up paid almost $900 and got in my truck and noticed that it was shut off so turned it back on, now I know why it was shut out because it was not fixed and apparently the tech didn't count on me checking it was resolved. I should have been called as soon as they noticed it was not fixed but instead was told it was all serviced and ready to be picked up. The tech must of not verified his work and the problem being corrected! At the price you pay you shouldn't have to check if they really fixed it or not!!!!

There was no mat placed and the inside of my truck was covered in dirt. My seat had a dirt hand print on it. That’s a simple wipe down that takes two seconds. I picked up my truck at 5pm. There was ample time for them to make sure things were done appropriately
