Was told the oil and filter change was going to be redone and that the recall work that I had done would be completely rechecked. The same oil filter was outfitted on the truck giving indication that the oil wasn’t changed. Technician noted that the brake fluid being low was due to brake fade and not from changing the rear brake lines, which requires bleeding of the brakes. I am now wondering if the brake line recall was even completed. I don’t have confidence that the services I received were actually done based on being told the oil change was redone then not along with conflicting information from the technician. Overall, I have had a poor experience with the service. I emailed a service manager and haven’t heard back.
