This was the 3rd time in 3 weeks that the vehicle was in for various issues; all 3 times I asked service to fix the vehicle alignment (pulling to the left). They did things like adjust tire pressure and check the numbers on the alignment rig; nevertheless it continues to pull left just as it did when all this started. I am almost ready to take it to another shop.

My vehicle was done at 3:43. I drove home and got a text at 5:00 that my vehicle was ready to go home by the service advisor. In the tire change over the nice rims were placed against the steel pins in the truck bed rail . I had to flip them over before I went home so as to not further scratch the surface.

Long wait and the issue I reported was not fixed. The staff I worked with were great, and possibly this was out of their control. But the long wait and the continued issue is very frustrating. 2+ hours and the steering wheel seems to be even more out of center 15+ degrees to the right.
