Staff don’t introduce themselves on the phone, place you on long holds, often without letting you know that you are being placed on hold, do blind transfers, often without letting you know that you are being transferred, and don’t return messages. Additionally, the vehicle doesn’t maintain error codes so that there is no way to determine what is wrong with the vehicle if the check engine light has gone away. There is no diagnostic work done beyond hooking the vehicle up to a computer.
