Took it in to have the A/C looked at only to be told that the part is "no longer made" and I have to "go to a Junk yard for the part". NOW, the vehicle died (shut off) twice on the way home. This has never happen before until after the service department dealt with it. I reached out to the dealership in fresno, and they said they found the part and now I'm having to take the vehicle in AGAIN and they have to find out what the mechanic did to it that makes the car shut off. So either he didn't like the response i gave after being told to go to a Junk yard or he truly does not know what he is doing.

The foam in the new steering wheel had a lump or two in it and it shows through in the leather,the original was not like that and one of the lower corners the leather was not glued down enough or not tightened enough,wish we would have been given the option of a reorder steering wheel.

I have been to the service department at the Selma Hyundai Genesis center twice, one for the Hyundai anti-theft recall correction and the other for a routine oil change, tire rotation, and visual check of my vehicle as part of regular vehicle maintenance.
On both occasions I was treated with respect and courtesy from all staff, not just the staff handling my service. The overall vibe emanating from staff is that of friendly “down to earth” people.
I especially not only enjoy this coming from a professional entity, but my health absolutely depends on it. I suffer from depression and anxiety and all interactions with people can significantly affect me positively or negatively.
I left the service center both times feeling as though this group of individuals working at the center respect me as a customer.
